Member Eligibility

Members must be at least 19 years old, single (never married, widowed, or legally divorced), and genuinely seeking a partner for marriage.

Content & Conduct

Hateful content, harassment, pornography, and fraud are prohibited. We may suspend violating accounts without prior notice.

Open Call Privacy

Every Open Call has its own privacy setting. If you choose public mode, the poster and its link may be shared outside the platform and seen by non-members as a limited preview. We offer options to blur or hide photos, but content already spread outside the platform is beyond our control. Sharing another member's poster or photo without permission is a violation and may lead to suspension.

Verification

We provide identity (ID, automatic via OCR) and social media (SOC, LinkedIn account link) verification badges. Submitting falsified documents is a serious violation.

Payments & Subscriptions

Paid tiers are processed through our official payment provider. No refunds are issued for a period already in progress, unless required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

nikahiaku | id provides the platform — the final decision to interact, meet, and marry rests with members. We do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Platform Operator

nikahiaku | id is owned and operated by PT Pilar Keluarga Bahagia. These terms form an agreement between you and PT Pilar Keluarga Bahagia.
