nikahiaku | id is a marriage-focused matchmaking service available only to users aged 19 and above. Anyone under 19 may not register, create a profile or CV, post an Open Call, or be enrolled by a parent as a candidate. Our system rejects any date of birth that yields an age under 19.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy on Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Uploading, sharing, requesting, or promoting sexual material involving minors; grooming, sextortion, or child trafficking; and introducing minors for marriage or sexual relationships are strictly forbidden. Violations result in permanent account deletion without warning.

nikahiaku | id does not facilitate any matchmaking involving minors in any form. Listings or conversations leading toward child marriage are removed and the accounts acted upon.

Every profile, listing, and chat room has a Report button with a dedicated “suspected underage user” category. Child safety reports are prioritised and reviewed within 24 hours. You can also report directly to support@nikahiaku.id without an account.

Accounts suspected of being underage are suspended immediately pending review. If confirmed, the account is permanently deleted along with all content and data. For suspected CSAE we retain the necessary evidence in a limited and secure way, permanently ban the offender, and report to competent law enforcement and child protection authorities.

We combine automated checks on birth dates and content, official-document identity verification, manual moderation of Open Call listings, testimonials, and success stories before publication, and periodic review of reported accounts. Chat, contact requests, and meet-ups are only available to accounts that pass the age rules.
